About Us

Two new friends set down in a Petersburg coffee shop for the first time in 2023. They talked about their love of reading and writing. And they talked about how the lovely town of Petersburg needed a cozy bookstore. It was a dream they'd both had independently, one of those dreams you keep tucked away and don't spend too much time thinking about because it doesn't feel all that realistic. While they had completely different styles, they dreamed up a bookstore that balanced the bright and colorful with the cozy and classic. This idea grew as the two became close friends, blossoming into Wildflower & Rose Bookstore.

The bookstore is currently event and pop up only, setting up inside local businesses and at various events. They are confident the right location will come together in the right timing and they are having a blast building this community alongside you!
